He/She must have been in a similar role or managing a similar growth portfolio in an Export Oriented Hi-End Manufacturing Co. for at least the last 2-3 years. 2. Proven track record of success as a CEO or in a similar executive leadership role in a manufacturing company. 3. Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and increase profitability. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Clients & key stakeholders across the globe. 5. Strategic Leadership: a. Provide strategic input and decisive leadership on issues affecting the organisation. b. Be responsible for managing strategic relationships with suppliers, strategic business partners, regulatory agencies, key distributors, government officials as well as initiating cross functional cooperation and communication within the Company. 3.
