Chief Executive Officer - Manufacturing

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide overall strategic leadership and vision for the organization.

- Own and manage end-to-end P&L responsibility, including revenue growth, margins, and cost optimization.

- Oversee operations across multiple manufacturing plants, ensuring efficiency, productivity, safety, and compliance.

- Drive business growth across B2B markets, including sales strategy, key account management, and market expansion.

- Lead production, supply chain, procurement, quality, engineering, and plant operations.

- Strengthen operational excellence through process improvements, lean manufacturing, and capacity optimization.

- Build and mentor a strong senior leadership team across sales, operations, finance, and HR.

- Represent the organization with customers, partners, vendors, and key stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and environmental regulations.

- Work closely with the Board to define and execute short-term and long-term business goals.

Experience & Qualifications:

- 20+ years of experience in B2B manufacturing organizations.

- 7-8+ years in senior leadership roles with full P&L responsibility.

- Proven experience in the steel, tubes, or fabrication industry (sales and/or operations).

- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, plant management, and industrial supply chains.

- Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (mandatory).

- MBA or equivalent management qualification preferred.
