Job Description:

- Responsible for Driving the Topline and Bottom line of current Business - 2X growth in top line and EBIDTA

- DRIVING TRANSFORMATION , building sustainable, energy efficient, high-value businesses through organic and/or inorganic growth

- Spearhead organizational growth with a focus on international business and world-class manufacturing build a high-performing team, and drive business transformation.

- Foster innovation by introducing high-value product lines and enhancing market strategies.

- Collaborate with group to leverage synergies in markets, innovation, and talent.

- Handling Government business is an added advantage

- Background in technology-driven engineered products/solutions for manufacturing and process industries is advantageous familiarity with Industry 4.0 /digital business tools exposure to global markets/JV dynamics a MUST
