Job Description:

- Lead the India business operations with complete P&L and strategic responsibility.

- Drive business growth, market development, customer acquisition and operational excellence.

- Build and manage relationships with Automotive OEMs, Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers and key industry stakeholders.

- Lead the establishment and expansion of the company's India operations.

- Manage cross-functional teams across business development, engineering, operations and support functions.

- Drive strategic partnerships, investments and long-term business development initiatives.

- Report to the Global Leadership Team and align India operations with global business objectives.

Ideal Candidate:

- Senior leadership experience in Automotive / Automotive Components / Industrial Automation.

- Strong understanding of the Indian automotive OEM ecosystem.

- Proven P&L ownership and business leadership experience.

- Experience in setting up, scaling or managing a business/plant/operations.

- Strong commercial, strategic, customer-management and leadership capabilities.

Preferred:

- Experience with Car / Bus / Truck / 2-Wheeler manufacturing or major automotive component companies.
