Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished CEO to lead the company's luxury retail business across Congo and the West African region. The role will drive business growth, profitability, market expansion, brand positioning, operational excellence, and world-class customer experience while upholding luxury brand values.

Role & Responsibilities:

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide strategic leadership and overall management of the company's luxury retail business operations in Congo and the West African region. The role is responsible for driving business growth, enhancing brand positioning, maximizing profitability, expanding market presence, and ensuring world-class customer experience across all retail channels. The CEO will lead the organization in achieving sustainable growth while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence and luxury brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute business strategy and growth plans across Congo and West Africa.

- Lead end-to-end luxury retail operations, sales, merchandising, and customer experience.

- Drive revenue, profitability, market share, and business expansion.

- Strengthen brand positioning, retail presence, and customer engagement.

- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and store/channel expansion initiatives.

- Ensure operational excellence across people, processes, inventory, supply chain, and retail performance.

- Build and lead high-performing teams with strong focus on accountability and leadership development.

- Monitor business performance, budgets, KPIs, and profitability while ensuring sustainable growth.

- Represent the organization with key customers, partners, investors, and external stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- MBA or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.

- 25 - 30 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury retail, premium brands, fashion, lifestyle, jewelry, cosmetics, watches, or high-end consumer products.

- Minimum 5 years in senior leadership roles such as CEO, COO, Business Head, Country Head, or Retail Director.

- Strong understanding of luxury retail operations, merchandising, brand management, and customer experience.

- Experience in Africa, Middle East, or emerging international markets will be highly preferred.

- Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, P&L ownership, and leadership capabilities.
