Beyond this flagship project, the CEO will be tasked with developing a comprehensive India-focused supply chain business, leveraging the group's global network and India's strategic position as a production powerhouse connected to UAE as a global distribution hub and Saudi Arabia as a major consumption and export market.

The role will evolve to include:

2. Anchor Project Delivery - JNPT

- Oversee end-to-end implementation of the automated container yard, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

- Drive commercial ramp-up, customer acquisition, and throughput performance.

- Establish differentiated service levels using automation, AI, and analytics to create competitive advantage.

3. Business Expansion

- Grow the India footprint across warehousing, domestic trucking, multimodal transport, and value-added services.

- Build and scale cross-border eCommerce logistics from India, targeting high-growth categories and global markets.

- Develop strong relationships with major shippers, eCommerce platforms, freight forwarders, and port authorities.

4. P&L and Commercial Management

- Hold full P&L ownership for India operations across all verticals.

- Drive top-line growth, EBITDA margins, and capital efficiency.

- Implement pricing, product, and service strategies tailored to Indian market conditions while leveraging group synergies.

5. Leadership and Culture

- Build and lead a high-performing leadership team across India.

- Foster a culture of performance, innovation, and collaboration.

- Champion diversity, inclusion, and talent development, positioning India as a key talent hub for the Group.

- Ensure strong governance, compliance, and reporting standards in line with global practices.

6. Stakeholder Engagement

- Represent the India business with government agencies, port authorities, and industry associations.

- Collaborate with Group and regional leadership to design and execute cross-market logistics and trade flow solutions.

Candidate Profile

- Proven P&L leadership in logistics, supply chain, or port-side operations within India.

- Demonstrated success in greenfield project delivery and business scale-up in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

- Strong understanding of India's domestic logistics ecosystem, port operations, and global trade flows.

- Track record of building, mentoring, and leading high-performance teams.
