Chief Executive Officer - Logistics Business

What you'll do:

The Chief Executive Officer will have overall responsibility for leading and scaling the company 3PL business across warehousing and transportation. The position carries complete P&L accountability and requires a strong combination of strategic leadership and business development.

Required Candidate profile:

- Proven senior leadership experience in the 3PL or contract logistics industry, with strong exposure to both warehousing and transportation.

- At least 5 years in a CXO, Business Head, or P&L leadership role.

- Direct the overall logistics strategy to streamline distribution networks, ensuring maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness for our global client base.

- Lead large-scale project management initiatives to implement cutting-edge supply chain technologies that improve operational transparency and speed.

- Cultivate high-performing cross-functional teams by fostering a culture of accountability and innovation to meet aggressive business growth targets.

- Manage complex stakeholder relationships, including government bodies and logistics partners, to ensure seamless regulatory compliance and operational continuity.
