Chief Executive Officer - Logistics

Description:

We are looking for a visionary and execution-driven CEO to lead and scale mobility, fleet management, ride-hailing, and logistics businesses. The role owns strategy, P&L, operations, partnerships, and technology-led transformation across asset-heavy, multi-city operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive overall business strategy, growth, and profitability

- Own P&L, unit economics, and cost optimization

- Scale fleet operations with high asset utilization and service reliability

- Build strategic partnerships across mobility, logistics, OEMs, and lenders

- Lead technology adoption (telematics, analytics, real-time dashboards)

- Build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams

Candidate Profile (Required):

- 15+ years of experience in mobility, fleet management, logistics, transportation, or ride-hailing

- Proven track record in scaling asset-heavy operations

- Strong experience with P&L ownership, unit economics, and financial management

- Deep understanding of fleet lifecycle, leasing, and vehicle financing models

- Experience leading large, cross-functional teams in high-growth environments
