Chief Executive Officer - Logistics (3PL)with experience in operations and Container Port operations.

Responsibilities:

- Proven P&L leadership experience in logistics, supply chain with port-side operations in India.

- Responsible for building, scaling, and leading the India business

- Building B2B warehousing, transportation, and multimodal services from a small existing base.

- Develop a diversified portfolio of logistics and supply chain services tailored for India's domestic and export markets.

- Identify, evaluate, and execute M&A and JV opportunities to accelerate growth.

- Oversee end-to-end project implementation of the automated container yard, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery of infrastructure, technology, and operations.

- Develop and scale cross-border eCommerce export logistics from India, focusing on high-growth product categories and global markets.

- Build customer relationships with major shippers, eCommerce marketplaces, freight forwarders, and shipping lines.

- Full P&L responsibility across all verticals, drive top-line growth, EBITDA margins, and return on capital employed.

- Implement pricing, service, and product strategies tailored to Indian market conditions while leveraging group synergies.

- Build and lead a high-performing India leadership team, fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, and innovation.

Skills:

- Track record of greenfield project delivery and/or business scaling in complex environments.

- Strong understanding of Indias domestic logistics ecosystem and global trade flows.

- Experience in building high-performance teams and leading change.

- Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial drive and commercial acumen.

- Ability to operate at both a visionary level and in hands-on execution mode.

- Excellent relationship management skills with customers, government bodies, and industry stakeholders.
