About the Role

We are looking for a visionary, growth-driven CEO to lead the firm's next phase of expansion. The ideal leader will drive business development, manage P&L, spearhead marketing and fundraising, and build a high-performance leadership team. This role demands strong strategic thinking, execution excellence, and the ability to scale the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive business development & client acquisition

- Develop and execute growth & GTM strategies

- Own P&L and financial performance

- Lead fundraising (debt & equity)

- Build brand presence & strategic partnerships

- Manage investor & stakeholder relationships

- Represent the firm on industry platforms

- Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team

Qualifications:

- 15+ years of experience with 5-7 years in senior leadership (CEO/MD/Head of BD/CMO/CFO)

- Proven track record in revenue growth & P&L ownership

- Strong expertise in Business Development, Marketing & Finance

Education

- Mandatory: CA or MBA (Tier 1 - IIM/ISB or equivalent)

- Preferred: CFA, CPA, or other strategic/business certifications
