Job Description: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - Kiosk Company Serving Banks with Expansion Plans into Transit, Hospitality, Healthcare and Retail

Position Overview:

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will lead and manage a kiosk company specializing in providing innovative kiosk solutions to banks, with plans to expand into the transit and retail sectors. The CEO will be responsible for setting the strategic vision, ensuring financial stability, fostering client relationships, driving technological advancements, and promoting a positive company culture. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in financial services, technology, business development, and a keen understanding of the transit and retail markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and execute the company's strategic plan to achieve growth and market share objectives within the banking sector, and expand into transit and retail sectors.

- Identify and assess opportunities for business expansion, partnerships, and new product offerings tailored to financial institutions, transit, and retail markets.

- Provide leadership in the development and implementation of the company's vision and mission.

2. Financial Management:

- Oversee the financial performance of the company, ensuring financial health and profitability.

- Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies

- Manage Project Bids and Client Acquisition

- Ensure effective internal controls and financial procedures are in place, aligned with industry standards.

3. Operational Oversight:

- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes across all departments.

- Implement and optimize systems and technologies to improve operational performance and service delivery to banking, transit, and retail clients.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, banking standards, and security protocols.

4. Market Expansion:

- Drive the expansion of kiosk solutions to more banks, and explore opportunities in the transit and retail sectors.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new market trends and opportunities within financial, transit, hospitality and retail sectors.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including banking clients, transit authorities, retailers, suppliers, and partners.

5. Innovation and Development:

- Foster a culture of innovation within the company, encouraging creativity and the development of new products and services for banks, transit systems, Hospitality, Healthcare and retail environments.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to keep the company at the forefront of the market.

- Lead the development and implementation of new technologies and systems to improve business operations and client satisfaction.

6. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with banking clients, understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions.

- Develop strategies to attract and serve clients in the transit and retail sectors.

- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service and support.

- Act as the primary point of contact for major banking clients and new partners in transit and retail.

7. Team Leadership and Culture:

- Build and lead a high-performing executive team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.

- Promote a positive company culture that aligns with the company's values and mission.

- Ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization.

8. Stakeholder Relations:

- Represent the company to stakeholders, including investors, banking clients, transit authorities, retailers, partners, and the community.

- Communicate effectively with the Board of Directors, providing regular updates on company performance and strategic initiatives.

- Manage investor relations and ensure transparency and accountability in all communications.

Qualifications:

Education:

- Engineering in Computer Science or Electronics (preferred)

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

- Minimum of 10 years of executive leadership experience, preferably in the financial services, technology, or retail sectors.

- Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability within the banking industry, and ideally experience in transit and retail sectors.

- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial management.
