The CEO will primarily focus on managing and growing the company's business,  This will involve developing and executing this growth strategy in line with the vision of the board/ promoters with core focus on brand development, new business opportunities as well as managing existing operations in the most efficient manner.   Key Responsibilities  General Management, Strategy and New Business  - Play an integral role in leading the strategic direction of the company.   - Create, communicate, and implement the organization's vision, mission, and overall direction. Lead the development and implementation of the overall organization's strategy.   - Develop and implement short and long term operations plans that will maximize revenue, minimize costs, increase profitability and enhance employee effectiveness.   - Measure and deliver maximum ROI and relevant business metrics for the company.  - Strategic financial planning, analysis and capital allocation based on detailed ROI analysis.  - Closely work on the CAPEX and OPEX and take strategic/ operational actions to align it with the Business Goals.  - Conceptualize the company's foray into new geographies and develop strategies for identification of new sites.  - Be responsible for evaluating opportunities for, and bringing in, the other avenues of business that complement the current business.   - Act as a spokesperson and represent company in industrial & educational forums. Also present a balanced and positive image of the company at all times.  - Representing the organization for civic and professional association responsibilities and activities in the local community, the state, and at the national level.  Operations Management  - Oversee the complete operation of an organization in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans. Be the overall custodian of the organization assets and facility operations.  - Recruit, manage, guide, motivate and be responsible for teams across functions.  - Represent operations in internal and external matters  - Put in place and ensure constant evaluation and fine-tuning of standard operating procedures   - Develop, implement and oversee cost control measures and continuously drive cost efficiencies to reduce the fixed and variable overhead commitment thus increasing profitability.   - Keen eye on operational performance, comparing with budgets and forecasts and ensuring corrective action is undertaken as required  - Interface with government authorities and other agencies wherever required.   - Supports the Operations Head in their Marketing and Administrative activities to enhance the growth and steady flow of revenue stream.  Sales & Marketing  - Actively initiate and support marketing, programming events and other promotional activities aimed at increasing the value of brand and revenues.  - Maintain awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, new industry developments and standards, and so forth.  Development of Human Resources  - Build and maintain a highly motivated and efficient team.  - Demonstrate the leadership necessary to make the organizations- mission a success. This leadership includes providing leadership vision, leadership that attracts followers, and all other aspects of successful leadership.  - Provide leadership drive, momentum and inspiration to the business and its employees by driving performance management and addressing people issues swiftly, professionally and respectfully   - Hire talent aligned within annual budget. Align people and organizations. Influence the creation of teams and coalitions that understand and can help achieve the vision. Ensure cross functional / divisional and two way communication within the company.   - Develop and retain a motivated and engaged team through leadership and shared responsibility for execution. Retain top talent providing professional growth opportunities and visibility. Identify and groom a successor.  - Develop goals for improving employee satisfaction as measured by the employee surveys. Recognize effort and reward results.  - Integrate and adapt to the company's environment and culture and establish leadership and credibility with Senior Management and team; and lead by example.  Liasoning & Collaboration  - Build and plan relationships with key universities, colleges as well as vocational institutes to include Tally as a curriculum.  - Build and maintain relationships and liaison with key government departments and ministries to propagate Tally Education to further their skill sets.
