About the role:

- We are mandated to identify a dynamic Chief Executive Officer for one of our esteemed clients-a leading organization in the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) sector. This is a strategic leadership role based in Maharashtra, offering the opportunity to drive business transformation, scale operations, and strengthen market leadership.

- We welcome applications from seasoned leaders not only within IFM but also from other manpower-intensive industries, who bring a strong track record of operational excellence, P&L management, and large-scale team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the organization's long-term vision, growth strategy, and business roadmap.

- P&L Management: Own and drive overall financial performance, ensuring profitability, cost optimization, and sustainable growth.

- Business Expansion: Identify new market opportunities, expand service offerings, and strengthen client relationships across geographies.

- Operational Excellence: Oversee large-scale, manpower-intensive operations, ensuring efficiency, service quality, and compliance.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with the Board, investors, and key clients to align business objectives and drive value creation.

- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead high-performing leadership teams across functions and regions.

- Process & Governance: Establish robust systems, processes, and governance frameworks to support scalable growth.

- Brand Positioning: Strengthen the organization's brand and market leadership within the IFM ecosystem.

Candidate Profile:

1. Proven experience in a CEO / Business Head / P&L leadership role within IFM, Facility Management, or other manpower-intensive industries (e.g., staffing, security services, logistics, hospitality, or similar sectors).

2. Strong track record of scaling businesses, driving profitability, and managing large teams.

3. Demonstrated ability to handle multi-location operations and complex service delivery models.

4. Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities and commercial acumen.

5. Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

6. Experience working with investors/boards is highly preferred
