Looking for a Chief Executive Officer for a InsurTech start up based at Delhi.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Growth & Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute long-term strategy in alignment with market opportunities and investor expectations.
- Drive top-line growth across domestic and international markets, ensuring sustainable expansion.
- Lead corporate development, fundraising, and strategic partnerships.
2. Product & Technology Alignment
- Work closely with product and technology teams to ensure offerings are market-leading, customer-centric, and scalable.
- Align product vision with business goals and regulatory requirements.
3. People, Culture & Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing leadership team.
- Foster a mission-driven culture focused on innovation, performance, and collaboration.
- Champion diversity, inclusion, and team development.
4. Operational & Financial Excellence
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation to drive operational efficiency.
- Implement processes and controls to support scale while maintaining agility and innovation.
5. Ecosystem & External Orientation
- Represent the company with external stakeholders including regulators, partners, and the media.
- Build strategic relationships across the ecosystem to enhance brand presence and business opportunities.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, including 2+ years in a CXO role within a high-growth SaaS, FinTech, InsurTech or HealthTech company.
- Demonstrated success in scaling product companies across India and international markets.
- Proven experience in organizational design, team scaling, and change management.
- Strong track record in capital raising, board engagement, M&A, and managing investor relationships.
- Exposure to regulated industries and experience with mission-critical B2B SaaS platforms.
- Education from a top-tier institution is a plus, though a track record of mission-driven scale is more important.
