Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in Mumbai - Industrial Products for Process Industries

About the Role
We are seeking a CEO to lead a fast-growing, professionally managed group specialising in products for the process industries, including Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Pharmaceuticals, and Manufacturing.
The ideal candidate is a Sales/BD leader turned CEO with strong P&L ownership, manufacturing exposure, and experience scaling technology-enabled engineered solutions in domestic and global markets.
Key Focus Areas
- P&L leadership across multiple business units (- 250-1000 Cr scale)
- Business growth in pumps, valves, compressors, control valves, steam/condensate systems, and process automation
- Integration of AI, IoT, ERP, and Industry 4.0 for operational excellence
- Expansion of domestic & international markets, client-centric sales
- Leadership of manufacturing, supply chain, and service operations
- Driving innovation, digital adoption, and sustainability initiatives
Roles and responsibilities
- Engineer (preferably MBA) with 25+ years' experience; at least 10 years in P&L as a CEO of a mid-sized (Rs.200-500 Cr) engineering organization or as a business head role in a division of large company (co. size Rs. 2000 Cr+)
- Experience across 2-3 industries within the process/manufacturing ecosystem
- Must have grown in the sales and business development stream of process equipment and possess excellent track record of delivering sales growth in domestic/international and government sectors.
- Started career in MNC/large Indian MNC, then led owner-driven, professionally run enterprise
- Exposure to government projects/business preferred
- Proven track record in growth, transformation & digital adoption
