Scope of Work:   - Assisting the Board to establish the short term and long term operational and strategic objectives of the Company.  - Providing the Board with relevant and timely information on all internal and external issues affecting the Company's operational and strategic objectives.  - Providing vision, strategic planning and operational leadership to the team, building sustainable competitive advantage and achieving ambitious growth for the venture.   - Driving efficient and effective operations of the Company, by overseeing its interaction with clients, vendors, innovators, shareholders and other external stakeholders.   - Nurturing a culture as envisioned by the founders and stakeholders of the venture by aligning yourself & the team with the vision and values of the enterprise.   - Developing internal capabilities of people, processes and business intelligence, thus providing for long term leadership of the venture in its area of business.   - Taking responsibilities for ensuring that the Company's activities are in full compliance with all laws and regulations.  Qualifications & Skills:   - A strong motivation to build socially conscious for-profit enterprise as a long term career.   - Entrepreneurship experience or Organisational leadership experience of more than 5 years would be required.   - Experience in having created ventures ground up or having built new businesses within corporate environments.   - Experience in having hired and having worked through team of functional heads, field force distributed across locations.   - Should have experience of structured business planning, reporting & reviewing methodologies as part of earlier assignments.   - MBA or equivalent and a track record of continuous learning and skill building.
