The Role

The CEO / President will serve as the strategic architect, business builder, and overall leader of the Housing Finance business in India. Beyond defining vision and strategy, this role carries critical responsibility for Business Development and growth, requiring an entrepreneurial leader with the ability to drive market expansion and client partnerships at scale.

Key responsibilities include:

- Defining and executing the India Housing Finance growth strategy in alignment with global priorities.

- Leading the development of advisory, managed services, and digital solutions across the housing finance value chain.

- Driving business development as a core imperative building client relationships, shaping solutions, and delivering revenue growth.

- Representing the firm as a thought leader and industry voice, engaging with regulators, policymakers, investors, and industry bodies.

- Delivering business growth, financial performance, and market leadership in the housing finance sector.

The Person

We seek an exceptional leader with the stature and vision to lead a national mission:

- Age 4045 years, with 18+ years of leadership experience in housing finance institutions, banks, or global BPO consulting firms.

- Deep expertise in housing finance, mortgage lending, affordable housing, securitization, and regulatory engagement.

- Demonstrated success in business development, client relationship management, and revenue growth.

- Proven success in P&L leadership, scaling businesses, and driving transformation.

- Strong intrapreneurial orientation to build new practices within a global platform.

- Ability to influence policy, shape industry direction, and inspire diverse teams.
