Chief Executive Officer - Hospitality/Wellness/Retail/Healthcare

The CEO will be responsible for driving scalable expansion, operational excellence, and financial performance, while preserving the premium reputation of company. The individual must bring deep experience from the Wellness, Retail, or Hospitality industries, with proven expertise in scaling businesses, managing multi-city operations, and navigating international expansions.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute a robust expansion strategy across India (Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities) and Dubai.

- Oversee the launch of new verticals: Longevity & Wellness, Skincare Products, Tech-driven Small Clinics, and App.

- Ensure seamless clinic operations, customer experience, and service delivery across multiple cities and geographies.

- Own the P&L; across all business verticals, driving profitability while balancing rapid expansion.

- Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team across operations, finance, marketing, HR, and technology.

- Foster a performance-driven culture with accountability and innovation.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 10+ years of leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CEO/COO/Business Head role in Wellness, Retail, Hospitality, or Consumer Healthcare.

- Proven track record of multi-city/multi-country expansion.

- Strong financial acumen with P&L; ownership.

- Experience in franchise-led or asset-light models preferred.

- Exceptional leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.
