We are hiring a dynamic healthcare professional to lead the overall operations, financial performance, and growth of a 35-bedded specialty hospital in Raipur (Gynecology & Eye Care).

This is a hands-on leadership role with complete responsibility for operational efficiency, patient experience, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

- Oversee day-to-day hospital operations across clinical and non-clinical functions

- Ensure smooth functioning of OPD, IPD, OT, Diagnostics, and patient services

- Maintain high standards of patient care and service quality

Financial & Business Performance:

- Manage revenue, cost control, and overall profitability

- Monitor daily collections, expenses, and operational efficiency

- Drive patient footfall and specialty-wise revenue growth

Business Development:

- Build referral networks with doctors and clinics

- Drive local marketing initiatives, camps, and outreach programs

- Strengthen corporate and institutional tie-ups

Compliance & Quality:

- Ensure statutory compliance and license renewals

- Implement SOPs, quality standards, and NABH readiness (if applicable)

People Management:

- Supervise doctors, nursing staff, and support teams

- Ensure optimal manpower utilization and staff productivity

MIS & Systems:

- Monitor daily MIS, patient volumes, and operational metrics

- Ensure effective use of HIS and reporting systems

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Currently working as Hospital Administrator / Operations Manager / Unit Head

- Experience managing 30-100 bed hospital preferred

- Strong exposure to operations, revenue management, and local business development

- Hands-on, execution-focused leader

- Willing to relocate to Raipur
