Chief Executive Officer - Home Textile Division

Job Description:

- Lead the Home Textiles Division with full P&L responsibility, driving strategic growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

- Develop new business opportunities with reputed global brands and buyers across key international markets.

- Provide leadership across Marketing, Merchandising, Product Development, Sourcing, Production, Finance, and Logistics.

- Analyze product lines, market dynamics, and operations to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.

- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with international clients, ensuring effective communication and timely delivery.

- Collaborate with buyers for product development, pricing, cost negotiations, and quality assurance.

- Formulate and implement marketing strategies to expand product portfolios and drive sales growth.

- Identify and evaluate emerging global markets for Home Textile products, producing timely analytical reports.

- Oversee complete export operations-from order initiation to final shipment-and ensure compliance with international standards.

- Drive innovation, cost optimization, and performance improvement across the business.

Experience:

- 15-20 years of senior leadership experience in reputed Home Textile Industry managing top-tier international brands and buyers, with strong expertise in Home Textiles.
