Chief Executive Officer - Heavy Engineering/Industrial Products/Heavy Machinery

We are looking for an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead business operations and drive growth for a heavy engineering and process equipment manufacturing organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead overall business operations, strategy, and growth across the heavy engineering and process equipment business.

- Drive business performance, profitability, operational efficiency, and customer growth.

- Lead and develop senior leadership teams across engineering, manufacturing, sales, operations, and support functions.

- Oversee the development and execution of business strategies aligned with long-term organisational objectives.

- Strengthen customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and expand market presence.

- Drive technology, product, process, and operational improvements across the organisation.

- Ensure effective execution of major projects while maintaining quality, cost, and delivery commitments.

Required Experience:

- 19-28 years of overall experience, with 20+ years in heavy engineering or related process equipment manufacturing.

- 5-8 years of experience in a CEO, President, Business Head, or equivalent senior leadership role.

- Strong domain expertise in Waste Heat Recovery, Boilers, and Heat Exchangers.

- Proven experience leading business operations in heavy engineering and process equipment manufacturing.

- Strong business leadership, strategic planning, P&L management, stakeholder management, and team leadership capabilities.
