Job Description:
Deputy CEO Tech-Enabled Services (Growth + Ops Leadership)
Reports to: CEO
About the Role: Were hiring a Deputy CEO to lead and scale a fast-growing, tech-enabled services business from 60 Cr to 1000 Cr+. This is a high-ownership role with full control across Operations, Marketing, Product, HR, and Tech, covering both India and international markets. The ideal candidate is a structured operator with deep executional rigor and a track record of building systems, scaling people, and driving performance across B2C-first businesses. Some exposure to B2B is a bonus. This is not a support function. Youll be second-in-command and expected to run the business end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Leadership:
- Own the P&L and drive growth across India and global operations
- Manage and scale delivery across 70+ physical locations
- Lead funnel optimization and performance-driven marketing
- Translate strategic goals into measurable execution plans
2. Cross-Functional Ownership:
- Lead and scale teams across Marketing, Product, Tech, HR, and Ops
- Build systems, SOPs, and data-driven processes to drive accountability
- Drive performance through org design, leadership development, and structured reviews
- Work closely with the CEO and Board to align on long-term milestones
3. Global Expansion & Process Discipline:
- Build the foundation for international scale, including GTM and operating systems
- Bring a structured, process-driven approach to high-growth execution
- Ensure service excellence and operational rigor at scale
Ideal Profile:
- 15-25 years of experience in tech-enabled, operations-heavy businesses
- Proven success in scaling from 50100 Cr to 5001000 Cr+
- Experience in structured orgs with strong systems, compliance, and operating cadence
- Excellent people leadership and cross-functional execution skills
- Strong B2C experience with some exposure to B2B scale-up
- Industry backgrounds preferred: banking, healthcare, fintech, logistics, consumer services
- Open to senior professionals returning from overseas
