Role Overview:
This CEO position is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving the overall strategic direction and operational excellence of one of the group's key business verticals. The role involves collaborating closely with the executive leadership team, board of directors, and various business unit heads to ensure alignment with the group's overall objectives. The CEO will be instrumental in shaping the future of the business, driving profitability, and expanding market share while fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to achieve sustainable growth and profitability for the business vertical.
- Provide strong leadership and direction to the management team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee all aspects of business operations, ensuring efficient resource allocation, optimal performance, and adherence to quality standards.
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies, expanding market share, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Manage the P&L effectively, ensuring financial targets are met and maximizing shareholder value.
- Lead and manage organizational change initiatives to improve efficiency, agility, and competitiveness.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Champion leadership development programs to build a strong pipeline of future leaders within the organization.
- Oversee global operations management, ensuring seamless coordination and execution across different geographies.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a large, multi-faceted organization, driving growth and profitability in a competitive market.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing successful corporate strategies, aligning business objectives with market opportunities.
- Exceptional business acumen and P&L management skills, with a track record of achieving financial targets and maximizing shareholder value.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Extensive experience in managing global operations, navigating cultural differences, and building strong international partnerships.
- Proficiency in change management, with the ability to lead and implement organizational transformation initiatives effectively.
- Adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Possesses a strong understanding of sales strategies and business operations.
- 22-34 years of experience in General Management, with significant exposure to P&L responsibility, Corporate Strategy, Business Operations, and Sales leadership.
- Must have sold engineering products to process industries in India, overseas, and government departments.
Must be currently CEO of a - 100 - 1000 Cr manufacturing organization
Must be currently drawing minimum - 1 Cr
