Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Ingredients

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

About the Company:

- An emerging entity in the ingredients sector is set to be formed over the next 23 years through the consolidation and expansion of an existing ingredients business. The new entity will integrate two major business lines:

- Dehydrated & Spray-Dried Powders: Specializing in fruit and vegetable powders.

- Premium Gum Powders: Focused on supplying high-quality gum powders for the Indian market.

- Initially, the selected candidate will serve as CEO of the Ingredients Business, overseeing both units separately. Over time, the objective is to integrate these units under a single umbrella, driving merger, expansion, and scaling of the ingredients segment. The target is to grow revenues from approximately 90 crore to 250300 crore within 538 years through strategic expansion, including setting up new production facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Provide overall leadership for the ingredients business, guiding the two business units to achieve growth targets, operational excellence, and long-term success.

P&L Management:

- Hold full P&L ownership, driving profitability, enhancing operational efficiencies, and ensuring sustainable revenue growth in a rapidly expanding business environment.

Business Expansion:

- Lead the execution of the expansion strategy, including new production units, and align growth plans with industry trends and market demands.

Key Account Management:

- Establish and nurture relationships with major FMCG and beverage companies, ensuring strong, long-term partnerships and business growth.

Team Leadership:

- Manage a team of 40+ management professionals and 60+ workers, driving performance, building capabilities, and supporting recruitment efforts for expansion.

Sales Leadership & Strategy:

- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B sales strategies to meet aggressive growth objectives, ensuring efficient distribution models across B2B markets.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience:

- 15+ years in the ingredients industry with significant leadership exposure, particularly in FMCG or beverage sectors.

Track Record:

- Proven success managing business portfolios of 100 crore+, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue and profitability growth.

Industry Expertise:

- Deep understanding of market dynamics, client relationships, and operational strategies within FMCG and beverage segments.

Financial Acumen:

- Expertise in P&L management, financial planning, budgeting, and driving sales strategies for sustainable growth.

B2B Sales Expertise:

- Strong experience in B2B sales and distribution models, with a track record of delivering measurable results.

Leadership & Communication Skills:

- Exceptional leadership abilities with a proven track record of inspiring and aligning teams to achieve organizational goals.
