Description:
Candidates from Kerala / Tamil Nadu, with MBA in any discipline and 20+ years progressive experience in Channel Sales, Distribution, Key Account Management of Food / Beverage / FMCG products in South Indian states and willing to relocate to Kerala prefered.
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the business long-term strategy aligned with the companys overall Vision and Mission.
- Identify and build opportunities in domestic markets.
- Drive execution of portfolio diversification and market expansion through innovation.
Business & P&L Management:
- Own end-to-end P&L responsibility, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and profitability. Oversee budgeting, financial planning, capital allocation, and cost optimization.
Commercial Excellence:
- Lead national sales, marketing, and business development teams with a strong focus on key accounts and strategic partnerships.
- Expand the customer base across national markets
- Evaluate new technologies, process improvements, and digital initiatives (AI-driven process optimization, traceability, etc.).
Operational Leadership:
- Ensure world-class manufacturing capabilities, supply chain reliability, quality, and regulatory compliance.
People & Culture:
- Build and develop a high-performing leadership team.
- Champion a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence. Implement capability development and succession-planning frameworks.
External Relations:
- Represent the Business with global customers, industry bodies, government agencies, and strategic partners.
