Chief Executive Officer - FMCG/Agriculture

The Chief Executive Officer will lead the next phase of the organizations industrial scale-up and national brand expansion. The CEO will be responsible for overall strategy, operations, and profitability, ensuring that the organization becomes a benchmark for Indian food manufacturing excellence and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Growth: Formulate and execute a five-year business plan covering capacity expansion, product diversification, and nationwide distribution.

- Manufacturing & Operations: Drive operational excellence in all plants; oversee commissioning of new facilities with world-class quality and ESG standards.

- Commercial Performance: Own the P&L, optimize sourcing and logistics, and deliver margin improvement through process and energy efficiency.

- Innovation & Brand Development

- People & Culture: Build a professional, high-performance, value-driven organization emphasizing safety, accountability, and innovation.

- Stakeholder & Investor Engagement: Partner with the Board and strategic investors to deliver consistent returns and transparent governance.

- Education: Engineering degree (B.E./B.Tech) and MBA from a reputed institution.

Experience: 15 + years in manufacturing and operations, including senior leadership roles in Dairy Industry

Skills: End-to-end plant management, supply-chain optimization, capital-project execution, brand P&L ownership, and cross-functional team leadership. Ability to work with the Board in steering the company
