CEO for new business in FMCG Space. Job Purpose : As Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will be responsible for the management of the operations of a company as well as setting its overall vision. The role involves a high level of responsibility, with pivotal decision making affecting the future of a company and its employees. This will include development and implementation of a strategic plan to advance the company's vision, mission, strategies, and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization. Responsibilities : - An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills. - Provide strategic and tactical leadership to the Board and the management team. - Candidate should understand how to run a business and take complete ownership of P&L. - Development, review and refinement of the Company's business strategy, and execution of that strategy to obtain a leading position in the marketplace. - Ensure revenue growth is achieved in a responsible and profitable manner. Competencies required : 1. Should have personal care experience. 2. Drive the creation of ecosystem through the team; development of the marketplace connects, manufacturers, logistics partners, industry associations. 3. D2C expertise - Ability to understand consumers in the D2C and Retail space. Leverage technology for the same. Education Qualification & experience : 1. Candidate should have an overall experience of 15-18 years. Mostly in the FMCG space. 2. 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the personal care category. - Excellent communication and public speaking skills. - Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. - Experience in product development, sales, marketing, finance, and human resources.
