- Chart the Growth Story: Define and lead a high-velocity growth strategy that puts us at the forefront of lending tech in India.

- Drive to IPO: Create and sustain a consistently high-performing culture and operating model that's IPO-ready, from metrics to governance.

- Own Sales & Marketing: Lead with a sales-first mindset. Build a global brand and strong enterprise customer base.

- Align Product to market: Work with product and engineering leadership to enrich our product suite, to always be category-defining.

- Build Culture: Be the cultural compass. Attract top talent, retain high performers, and drive clarity of mission.

Who you are:

- A proven, natural tech leader with a track record of scaling business, with a deep understanding of the Indian Financial services sector (Banks & NBFCs)

- Sales & marketing DNA: You've built go-to-market engines that deliver repeatable and scalable results.

- Deep understanding of Banking & financial services, and the digital lending landscape.

- Equally comfortable in boardrooms, customer meetings, and sprint reviews.

- Passionate about technology that changes how people work.
