The Role:

The CEO will lead and scale the organization as it transitions from a founder-led structure into its next phase of growth.

The role requires a balance of commercial acumen, digital orientation, and the ability to operate effectively in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead long-term growth, market positioning, and profitability

- Expand revenues across investor segments and issuer partnerships

- Strengthen issuer engagement, particularly for primary issuances

- Advance the digital product and platform capabilities

- Ensure regulatory and governance excellence

- Build and scale a strong leadership team and organization

- Drive operational efficiency and risk discipline

Age, Qualifications & Experience:

Age - 38-48 years

Qualifications - PG (Finance/Management) or CA preferred

Experience:

- 15-25 years in BFSI

- Significant Fixed Income / DCM / Treasury / Bond Markets exposure

- Digital investing / platform experience preferred

- Demonstrated success scaling retail BFSI businesses

- Strong issuer and investor relationships

- Experience operating in regulated environments

- Proven cross-functional leadership capability

- Founder/promoter-led organisation exposure preferred
