Education: Top-tier B-school (IIMs / ISB) or Fashion/Design institutes (NIFT/NID)

Budget: Fixed CTC + Variable

Skills, Qualifications & Desired Qualities:

- Domain expertise: 10+ years of experience in ecommerce and in the fashion domain. Candidate should have 5 + years of experience with leading e-commerce platforms / fashion DTC startups.

- Entrepreneurial Spirit: A hands-on, proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats.

- Customer-Centric: A deep focus on delivering superior customer experiences that drive brand loyalty.

- Innovative & Trend-Savvy: Always seeking new ways to innovate in product offerings, customer experience, and marketing tactics.

- Passion for Fashion: A genuine passion for the fashion industry and understanding of emerging trends.

- Leadership Experience: Proven track record in leading a team, preferably in the fashion, retail, and e-commerce industry.

- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the fashion e-commerce space, including trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape.

- Financial Acumen: Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, fundraising, and financial planning.

- Tech-Savvy: Comfort with technology and data analytics, and a solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and align teams around the company& it's vision.

- Problem-Solving: Ability to navigate complex challenges and develop creative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
