We are recruiting for CEO - Farming based business

Location - Mumbai

B) The Role:

An exciting leadership opportunity for an ENTREPRENEURIAL CEO to build a mid-size, multi-location profitable farming-based business with tech-enabled agriculture, horticulture and floriculture

C) Ideal Candidate Profile:

a. Age: 45-53 years

b. Must have built / scaled up / run a multi location farming related business as a profit centre

c. 15-25 years of experience of which a minimum of 10 years' experience in agri/related business, 3-5 years experience as Business Head/COO in mid to large-sized integrated farm business will be an advantage OR experience of being a mid-size entrepreneur in this space

d. Experience in running a profitable business and farming/contract farming/related fields proficiently, handling farming across locations.

e. Knowledge of agriculture/floriculture/floriculture, hi tech cultivation desirable.

f. Strong commercial acumen, experience in trading in commodities and retail, negotiating with and handling suppliers, local regulatory authorities, and clients, and experience in imports /exports

g. Must have worked in a promoter/owner-driven company

h. Strong ethics and compliance orientation

i. Independent, committed, stable, problem-solving, result-oriented

j. Current CTC: Rs.80 lacs plus
