Chief Executive Officer - EV Manufacturing

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary CEO to lead an organization in the Electric Vehicle - Two-Wheeler Manufacturing Industry.

Role Highlights:

- Lead strategy, operations, and growth initiatives

- Full P&L ownership and revenue accountability

- Oversee manufacturing, product development, sales & marketing

- Drive innovation and market expansion

- Build a high-performing leadership team

- Ensure compliance with Indian labor, environmental, and industry regulations

Key Qualifications:

- 22+ years of senior management experience in Automotive/EV manufacturing

- Strong expertise in fundraising, investor relations, and stakeholder engagement

- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)

- Proven success in driving growth, scaling operations, and delivering profitability

- Age Limit: Below 55 years

- Preferred: Candidates currently earning - 1 Cr+ CTC annually
