Job Description:

Pustron, a fast-growing electrical and electronics solutions company, is seeking a visionary and results-driven CEO to spearhead the transformation and expansion of its electrical panel business.

With immense growth potential, we require a dynamic leader who can scale the business from X Crores to 3X Crores while redefining business processes, systems, and strategic direction.

The CEO will be responsible for both strategic leadership and hands-on execution, driving operational excellence and fostering innovation.

The role demands a deep understanding of the electrical domain, market expansion strategies, and organization-wide transformation.

Additionally, the CEO will provide strategic and tactical inputs to the Board to shape the companys long-term vision and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Market Expansion:

- Develop and execute a robust business strategy to scale revenue from X Crores to 3X Crores.

Strategic Leadership:

- Align all business functions - including operations, sales, finance, and R&D - to achieve growth and efficiency.

Operational Excellence:

- Optimize manufacturing, supply chain, and customer service to enhance competitiveness.

Business Transformation:

- Implement best-in-class processes, systems, and technology to modernize and streamline operations.

Sales, Key Account Management & RFQ Acquisition:

- Strengthen relationships with key clients and manage high-value accounts.

- Regularly visit customers, build long-term partnerships, and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Identify and acquire new RFQs (Requests for Quotation) from prospective and existing clients.

- Explore new market segments and diversify the customer base.

Talent & Culture Building:

- Foster a high-performance culture, attract top talent, and enhance employee engagement.

Financial & Risk Management:

- Ensure financial sustainability, cost efficiency, and risk mitigation strategies.

Board & Stakeholder Communication:

- Provide regular strategic and tactical updates to the Board, ensuring transparency and alignment.
