Requirements:

- 8-15+ years of leadership experience in K-12, Preschool, or EdTech

- Strong track record in business growth and P&L management

- Experience in scaling education businesses and leading cross-functional teams

- Strategic, hands-on, and financially driven

- Familiarity with digital tools, AI, and the Indian education sector

- Willingness to travel as required.
