About the Opportunity:

Gateway Educonnect is a fast-growing international education and study-abroad organization helping students achieve their global education aspirations through university admissions, visa guidance, career counseling, and international mobility solutions.

The company is entering an aggressive growth phase and seeks a transformational CEO capable of building a nationally recognized education brand while driving operational excellence, revenue growth, and market expansion.

This role is suited for a business leader who has successfully scaled a multi-location education, EdTech, consumer services, consulting, or recruitment organization from growth stage to market leadership.

What You'll Own:

Business Growth & P&L:

1. Full ownership of revenue, profitability, and business performance.

2. Develop and execute a 35 year strategic growth roadmap.

3. Drive annual revenue growth targets while improving margins.

4. Create new revenue streams and expansion opportunities.

National Expansion:

1. Scale operations across existing and new cities.

2. Identify strategic markets for growth within India and globally.

Leadership & Organizational Building:

1. Build and manage an executive leadership team.

2. Introduce KPI-driven performance management.

3. Create a culture focused on accountability, ownership, and customer success.

Student Experience & Brand Leadership:

1. Ensure best-in-class student counseling and service delivery.

2. Strengthen brand positioning in the study-abroad ecosystem.

3. Enhance student acquisition, retention, and referral rates.

Strategic Partnerships:

1. Build relationships with universities, institutions, and industry partners globally.

2. Negotiate and close strategic alliances that drive growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Must Have:

- 15-25 years of professional experience.

- At least 5 years leading a business as CEO, COO, Managing Director, Business Head, President, or Country Head.

- Proven success scaling teams of 300+ employees.

- Strong understanding of sales, operations, marketing, and business finance.
