Job Summary:
The CEO will be responsible for leading the business strategy, growth, and operations of the company's e-commerce mobile application for building materials retail sales. This role requires strong expertise in marketing, dealer/distributor management, and strategic partnerships to drive revenue and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy aligned with company goals.
- Oversee the growth, profitability, and market positioning of the e-commerce platform.
- Ensure the scalability, efficiency, and competitiveness of the business model.
Marketing & Brand Development:
- Lead marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Implement digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategies for maximum reach.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention through targeted campaigns.
Dealer & Distributor Network Expansion:
- Develop and manage relationships with dealers and distributors to strengthen the supply chain.
- Create incentive programs to encourage dealer participation and loyalty.
- Ensure seamless integration of dealer/distributor inventory into the e-commerce platform.
Strategic Partnerships & Business Development:
- Identify and establish tie-ups with manufacturers, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
- Negotiate and manage high-value contracts with product manufacturers and distributors.
- Explore new market opportunities for business expansion.
Retail Sales & Customer Experience:
- Optimize the mobile app for seamless transactions, payment gateways, and order tracking.
- Enhance customer engagement through personalized recommendations and loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive conversion rates and revenue growth.
Financial & Operational Oversight:
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and revenue forecasting.
- Ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining high service standards.
- Report directly to the Managing Director (MD) with regular updates on business performance.
