Chief Executive Officer cum Chief Financial Officer - Retail

Role Overview:

The CEO cum CFO will provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the company, overseeing all business operations, financial management, and growth initiatives. This dual-role position requires an entrepreneurial mindset combined with robust financial acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Leadership & Strategy:

- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategy and 5-year vision

- Lead board meetings and present quarterly performance updates

- Oversee overall company performance and profitability

Financial Management & Planning:

- Manage P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow

- Ensure regulatory compliance and audit management

- Lead capital allocation and investment decisions

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

Operations & People Management:

- Build and manage high-performing leadership team

- Drive organizational culture aligned with brand values

- Establish KPIs and performance management systems

Growth & Revenue Generation:

- Drive revenue growth and market expansion

- Evaluate and pursue strategic partnerships and acquisitions

- Oversee brand positioning and customer acquisition strategies

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred

- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in luxury/fashion/retail industry

- Proven track record of P&L management and financial excellence

- Experience in scaling businesses and leading through rapid growth

- Strong understanding of Indian market dynamics and compliance

- Excellent strategic and analytical skills with deep business acumen
