We are looking for an accomplished CEO / COO to lead the overall business operations and growth strategy of a leading real estate organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive overall business strategy, growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

- Lead residential real estate and villa projects from concept to completion.

- Oversee project development, sales, marketing, finance, construction, and customer experience.

- Develop and execute business plans aligned with organizational objectives.

- Drive revenue growth, project launches, sales velocity, and profitability.

- Lead and mentor senior leadership teams across functions.

- Manage key stakeholders including investors, partners, consultants, contractors, and customers.

- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships.

- Ensure timely project execution, quality standards, regulatory compliance, and cost control.

- Provide strategic direction to the Board / Promoters and support long-term business expansion.

Candidate Profile:

- 15+ years of overall experience with significant leadership exposure in the real estate sector.

- Proven experience in residential real estate projects; exposure to villa projects will be preferred.

- Strong understanding of real estate development, project execution, sales, and P&L management.

- Experience in managing large teams and multiple projects/business verticals.

- Strong commercial, strategic, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Should have demonstrated experience in driving business growth and organizational transformation.
