Chief Executive Officer/Chief Operating Officer - Education Industry

- The role would be Accountable To devise the overall strategy and operational management of the entity

- Developing annual and 5-year operating plans and ensure respective Verticals month on month delivers on it

- For the same, developing and executing geography expansion and penetration strategies,

- Assist CEO in Developing a detailed corporate organization structure

- Evaluating and improving business processes for operational and/or financial effectiveness

- Leveraging digital, tech, AI in key aspects of operations and processes

- Help in sharing best practices at one set-up with other BUs to drive business and excellence

- Support brining out business synergies across pre-merged entities and facilitate leveraging of strengths in mutual benefit

- Wide working knowledge of business acumen, management strategies, financial accounting, and implementation of new technologies

- Exceptional Strategic Thinking

- Excellent network in industry across coaching industry peers, education institutes, ministries
