Chief Executive Officer/Business Head - HR Consulting Firm

Our client is an legacy brand in the HR consulting space based in Pune and Mumbai.

Role: CEO

Reporting to: MD

Team size: 6 Direct reports

Responsibilities:

- Co-create and execute the long-term growth strategy with the MD and Executive Council.

- Drive revenue growth through effective business development, client relationship management and operational excellence.

- Identify emerging market opportunities and strengthen brand positioning in the leadership development and corporate learning ecosystem.

- Oversee the performance of all business functions, ensuring accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

- Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing Executive Council and broader organizational team.

- Build strong internal alignment between purpose, strategy and execution.

Preferred candidate:

- 15+ years of experience in leadership development, organizational consulting, corporate learning or a related domain.

- Deep understanding of the corporate and learning ecosystem with strong industry networks.

- A visionary professional with the ability and aspiration to evolve into a co-founder role in the coming years.

- Should be ethical, people-centric and collaborative.

- Strong people management skills.
