Job Title: CEO (Edible Oil & Solvent Extraction Plants)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with 20-25 years of expertise in Project Sales, EPC, and Investment Management within the Edible Oil, Solvent Extraction, and Food Processing Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up turnkey projects with a ticket size of $100 million across Africa and Europe while managing project financing, investor relations, and sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Sales & Business Development:

- Lead the end-to-end sales process for Greenfield Projects in Edible Oil, Solvent Recovery, and Food Processing Plants.

- Identify and engage with investors, financial institutions, and strategic partners to secure project funding.

- Drive market expansion across Africa & Europe, identifying new business opportunities.

Technical & Operational Expertise:

- Oversee project execution from concept to commissioning for manufacturing of edible oil, solvent extraction, and fat oil processing plants.

- Work closely with engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Evaluate and implement cutting-edge technology for manufacturing equipment.

Financial & Investment Strategy:

- Develop financial models and feasibility studies for project financing.

- Collaborate with banks, PE firms, and investors for funding large-scale projects.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and investment structures.

Stakeholder & Client Management:

- Build relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and government authorities for project approvals and execution.

- Lead high-value negotiations with global investors and EPC contractors.

- Represent the company in international trade fairs, business forums, and industry events.

Key Requirements:

Educational Background:

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering (Mandatory).

- candidates from Praj Industries, Alfa Novel and Desmet are highly recommended to apply.

Experience:

- 20-25 years of experience in Project Sales, EPC, Investment & Financial Management within the Edible Oil, Solvent Extraction, and Agri-Processing industry.

- Strong exposure to greenfield projects and managing large-scale turnkey projects ($100M+).

- Hands-on experience in technology, manufacturing equipment, and plant design.

- Proven ability to raise capital, secure investments, and manage project financing.

Geographical Expertise:

- Must have worked in Africa and Europe, with experience in managing multinational stakeholders.

- Willingness to travel extensively across these regions.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of manufacturing technology for edible oil, solvent recovery, and food processing.

- Expertise in sales analysis, business development, and investor relations.

- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and project management skills.

- Ability to strategize market entry, execute investment deals, and manage P&L.
