CEO Position for Beverage Industry


Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced and strategic Beverage Industry Leader to lead and scale our beverage business. The role requires complete ownership of P&L, business strategy, omnichannel distribution, product innovation, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial acumen, deep beverage industry expertise, and the ability to drive sustainable growth aligned with evolving consumer health and lifestyle trends.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Financial Leadership

- Own and drive the P&L for the beverage category, ensuring profitable and sustainable growth.

- Lead budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and financial controls.

- Track and analyze business performance through data-driven analytics and actionable insights.

Strategic Planning

- Define and implement the long-term business strategy across the beverage portfolio.

- Identify growth opportunities across categories, formats, and channels.

- Align business goals with market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer demand.

Product Innovation & Portfolio Management

- Guide product innovation and new product development, aligned with consumer health, wellness, and lifestyle trends.

- Oversee product lifecycle management, from concept to launch and scale.

- Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and industry standards.

Sales & Omnichannel Distribution

- Drive strong execution across General Trade, Modern Trade, Institutional, HoReCa, and E-Commerce channels.

- Build and optimize omnichannel strategies to maximize reach, availability, and profitability.

- Strengthen distributor, partner, and key account relationships.

Leadership & Team Building

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing cross-functional leadership team across sales, marketing, operations, finance, and supply chain.

- Foster a performance-driven culture with clear accountability and collaboration.

- Act as a key stakeholder in organizational decision-making.

Key Requirements

- Proven experience in the Beverage (Bev) industry in a senior leadership role.

- Strong expertise in P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial control.

- Demonstrated success in strategic planning and business transformation.

- Deep understanding of omnichannel distribution models.

- Experience leading product innovation initiatives.

- Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, or Finance.

- Experience working with national or multinational beverage brands.
