Chief Executive Officer - B2C Digital Business/FinTech

Were looking for a dynamic CEO to lead our fully digital B2C PMS vertical. This role will drive growth, product innovation, customer acquisition, and P&L with complete ownership of building and scaling our digital investment platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and lead the digital B2C strategy for PMS offerings

- Drive customer acquisition and AUM growth via digital channels

- Oversee product development, marketing, and customer experience

- Ensure regulatory compliance (SEBI) and risk management

- Build and lead a high-performance cross-functional team

- Manage full P&L responsibility for the B2C vertical

Requirements:

- 15+ years of experience with 5+ in fintech, wealthtech, AMC, or digital financial services

- Proven track record of scaling B2C digital platforms

- Strong understanding of capital markets & PMS/wealth products
