The ideal candidate will have deep experience in software product development and a strong orientation toward enterprise sales, with proven exposure to platforms like Salesforce, SAP, and Oracle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the long-term vision, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for enterprise software products.
Business Development & Sales Focus:
- Build and lead a high-performing sales and pre-sales team with deep domain knowledge in platforms like Salesforce, SAP, and Oracle.
Product & Platform Strategy:
- Collaborate with CTO/product leads to ensure successful product development lifecycle.
Operational Excellence:
- Drive partnerships with enterprise clients, technology providers, and system integrators.
Team Building:
- Create a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity.

Experience:
- Strong track record of growing B2B software businesses and launching new enterprise products.
