Must Have Automotive Industry experience, 2 Wheeler market in India-(Internal Combustion Engine), 2 Wheeler EV Industry (manufacturing/RnD/Operations). Experience in 2 Wheeler sales, Operations, P&L Management, RnD and hands on experience in identifying or engaging with investors for organizational funding. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Vision: - Develop and implement the group's long-term growth strategy in alignment with Board directives, Fund raising and Investments, Brand & Market trends, Sales & Business Development, Operations and Product Development objectives. - Lead the brand vision, mission, and values, ensuring alignment across all levels of the organization and enhancing brand equity. - Lead the business in all aspects, including product development, manufacturing, sales, marketing, and financial performance, while adhering to regulatory guidelines and environmental sustainability goals. - Oversee the company's manufacturing operations, ensuring that products are produced efficiently and cost-effectively. - Direct the company's sales and marketing efforts, ensuring that products are effectively marketed and sold to target customers. - Oversee fundraising activities, manage relationships with investors, and make strategic investment decisions to support the company's growth. - Understand the specific nuances of funding projects: This includes understanding different funding models, regulatory requirements for EV infrastructure projects, and the competitive landscape of funding sources. - Identify new revenue streams and optimize product mix for profitability. - Monitor and optimize pricing models and commercial negotiations. - Create business development frameworks to explore new geographies or customer segments. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: - Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, environmental regulations, health and safety standards, and industry-related legal requirements. - Implement and monitor policies to mitigate risks, including data security, financial fraud, and operational disruptions. - Act as the primary liaison for the group in interactions with regulatory bodies, industry associations, and local government authorities. People Leadership & Culture: - Build and lead a high-performing, diverse, and motivated executive team and workforce that upholds the company's standards. - Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, ensuring staff development, retention, and performance management. - Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization, reflecting the diverse demographic and cultural backgrounds in India. Key Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
