They are prime suppliers to prestigious Car and Commercial Vehicle OEMs such as Tata Motors, Mahindra, Navistar, Volvo, Opel, General Motors, AMW, Fiat and Renault.	  They have aggressive growth plans and are looking for an experienced and professional CEO to lead the company towards its future goals.  Job Description  The CEO will have full P&L responsibility for the Company business. He will provide strategic and operational leadership for the growth of company’s operations, with a focus on growth, operational efficiencies, customer satisfaction.  Specific key accountabilities will include:  OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILTIES:  - Revenue - To drive Revenue growth and increase profitability.  - Quality - Improve Quality levels  - Delivery - Manage deliveries to achieve near 100% fulfillment record. Also manage the suppliers for the same.   - Order Booking - Manage and increase the current Order Booking   STRATEGIC:  - Manage relationships at various levels with key customers.  - Manage retention of key talent. Secure support from employees to deliver high levels of growth  Desired profile of candidate:   The ideal candidate will be an experienced and proven senior executive with entrepreneurial instincts with excellent Sales, Operational and General Management experience. Key requirements and attributes include:  - Past track record of accomplishment and growth as a business leader with P&L responsibility at a well-regarded company.  - Deep experience in MANUFACTURING OPERATIONS/SALES & MARKETING in Auto Components industries.(We are open to consider candidates who are a strong number 2 in the current organization but aspire to be CEO)  - Some exposure to international markets is highly desirable.  - Strong general management, leadership, business and team building skills.
