Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement high-level strategies and plans.

- Make major corporate decisions in collaboration with the board of directors.

- Manage the companys resources efficiently.

- Build and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, and the community.

- Oversee the companys fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.

- Ensure all company activities align with its mission and vision.

- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.

- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.

- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.

- Act as the primary spokesperson for the company.

CEO Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a CEO or in other managerial positions within a similar industry.

- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.

- Experience in fundraising will be a plus.

- Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.

- Masters degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
