Role Overview:
The CEO will lead the company's strategic direction, growth agenda, and organizational leadership, building a scalable and globally competitive contract manufacturing platform. The role requires a commercially strong leader with proven experience in driving growth, customer partnerships, and enterprise-level execution, supported by a capable manufacturing leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Growth
- Define and execute the long-term vision, growth strategy, and expansion roadmap.
- Drive revenue growth and margin improvement through customer acquisition and diversification.
- Identify new growth opportunities across products, geographies, and value-added services.
- Evaluate inorganic growth opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
- Partner with the Board on capital allocation and long-term value creation.
Commercial & Customer Leadership
- Build senior relationships with global brands, retailers, and buying organizations.
- Position the company as a preferred long-term manufacturing partner.
- Oversee sales, merchandising, and customer management functions.
Organization & Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing executive leadership team.
- Drive a performance-driven culture with strong accountability.
- Develop leadership depth and succession planning.
Operational Oversight & Governance
- Provide strategic oversight to operations ensuring scalability, quality, and compliance.
- Establish governance, KPIs, and performance review mechanisms.
Financial & Stakeholder Management
- Own full P&L; accountability and capital efficiency.
- Represent the company with investors, lenders, regulators, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure strong governance, risk management, and ethical practices.
Candidate Profile
- 20+ years of leadership experience in apparel, textiles, or manufacturing-led businesses.
- Proven track record as CEO / Business Head / COO in scaling businesses and driving growth.
- Strong exposure to export-oriented operations and global customers.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution and people leadership capabilities.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Textiles / Business. MBA or equivalent preferred.
