About the Company:

We are a rapidly growing apparel & textile industry platform offering news, insights, events, and a B2B manufacturers directory. We connect brands, exporters, manufacturers, suppliers, and buyers through high-quality content, listings, events, and industry intelligence.

Role Summary:

The CEO will lead and scale the organization by driving revenue growth, strengthening brand presence, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence across digital publishing and B2B directory business verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the overall business strategy across digital publishing, apparel industry news, and the B2B manufacturers directory.

- Drive revenue growth through advertising sales, sponsorships, directory listings, partnerships, and new monetization opportunities.

- Strengthen marketing, brand positioning, and digital presence across the website, newsletters, social platforms, and industry events.

- Oversee day-to-day operations including editorial processes, content workflows, sales, marketing, and client servicing.

- Own P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.

- Build, lead, and mentor cross-functional teams while fostering a performance-driven culture.

- Identify, evaluate, and launch new revenue streams and expansion opportunities within the apparel & textile ecosystem.

- Represent the company with key stakeholders, partners, advertisers, and industry bodies.

- Travel as required to meet clients, partners, advertisers, and attend industry events.

Requirements:

- 12+ years of leadership experience in media, B2B platforms, publishing, or directory-based businesses.

- Proven track record of scaling revenue, partnerships, and client acquisition.

- Strong experience in P&L ownership and operational leadership.

- Deep understanding of digital platforms, content monetization, advertising, and B2B ecosystems.

- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

- Willingness to travel frequently for business development and industry engagements.

- Experience in apparel, textile, or related industry platforms is a strong advantage.

Compensation & Location:

- Compensation: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.

- Location: Mumbai or Kolkata (with regular travel as required).
