Chief Executive Officer - Agri/FMCG Business

Location: Africa (Multi-country)

Reports to: Board of Directors

Role Overview:

Lead and scale a multi-country agri-commodities and consumer platform across Africa. Drive P&L growth, build market presence, and create an integrated value chain from sourcing to distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own full P&L, growth strategy, and market expansion across regions

- Build strong sourcing networks (aggregators, agri-owners) and downstream distribution channels

- Scale consumer platform (B2B/B2C) leveraging digital and physical infrastructure

- Establish governance, compliance, and operating discipline across markets

- Build and lead a high-performing leadership team across geographies

- Drive partnerships with governments, institutions, and ecosystem players

Ideal Profile:

- 15 to 20+ years in agri, commodities, FMCG, or emerging markets businesses

- Strong Africa / MENA experience preferred but not a must

- Proven track record of scaling businesses in complex environments

- High ownership, resilience, and stakeholder management
